Natalie's Saga

I can't believe how much has happened since Sept of last year!!  Nat survived 3 months of bed rest in KS while her husband took a new job in Salt Lake City.  Happily, Matt and I were able to attend Heidi's birth on 30 Oct 2010 because after all that effort to keep Natalie pregnant, she wouldn't go into labor and had to be induced!  (see nat's blog for details).  It was such a joy to be with my daughter at such an incredible time.  She did so well at natural child birth, that she surprised even herself.  Baby had black hair, weighed a whopping 5# 7.9oz, 18" long, and went home without one day in the NICU!

I drove their other car (full of items the movers couldn't take) from KS to UT in 18hrs.  I only fell asleep once (flattened a construction cone which kept me awake the rest of the way).   Nat, Matt, and the girls arrived safely on 11/12 and they settled into the basement.

We then had the grand privilege of participating in the baptism of our grandsons in Las Vegas, Chris Jr and Nicolas.  We never had a better wedding anniversary.  I lost my camera, so I'm going to have depend on Chris and Eli to send me a picture to post.

All our children made it for New Years and a family picture.  We all look so much older and wiser.
